Ivan is a Senior Octalysis Gamification Expert with over 16 years of gamification experience driving value across IT, Finance, Blockchain, and Healthcare. His work represents a truly global footprint, spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia (including Taiwan, Thailand, and Kazakhstan).

Ivan has led design strategy for some of the world’s most recognizable corporations, including Microsoft, Mastercard, HTC, and Amadeus. His expertise also extends to government-level innovation, having delivered projects for PTTEP (Thailand’s national energy corporation) and Astana Hub (the largest international tech park in Central Asia).

A specialist in Web3 and decentralized economies, Ivan has worked with Decentral (the blockchain innovation hub founded by Ethereum’s co-founder) and ZIGChain, bridging the gap between complex technology and user engagement.

Prior to joining the Octalysis Group, Ivan served as a Gamification Product Manager where he architected enterprise platforms for Easy Credit and A1 (Bulgaria’s largest mobile operator). His gamified solution for A1 was a massive success, exceeding the company’s yearly target by 150% in just two months.

Earlier in his career, Ivan led digitization efforts at Johnson & Johnson, deploying an internal knowledge platform for 6,000 employees, and managed campaigns for Coca-Cola, Siemens, and Nestlé. He holds a Master’s in Strategic Management (Honors) and an MBA from SDA Bocconi, currently ranked as a Top 4 Business School worldwide.
