Aidan Helfant has spent six years at the intersection of gamification, behavioral design, and learning science. He’s applied the Octalysis Framework across industries: designing engagement systems for Beast Philanthropy and Stand Together, building visual patient journey’s for Novartis in healthcare, and creating a gamified internal engagement platform for Octalysis.
Outside of client work, he’s taught hundreds of college students and built an audience of 10,000+ through 700+ videos, articles, and podcasts exploring the intersection of gamification, education, and spirituality.
His passion project, Conscious College, applies these same principles to education itself: redesigning how college students learn, connect, and grow. Because if gamification can move the needle for Fortune 500 companies, it should be able to do the same for a 19-year-old trying to figure out what matters.
