Han-fang Cheng is Head of Client Engagement and a Senior Designer at Octalysis Group, specializing in Digital Engagement and Gamful Design. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies and fast-paced startups, including Microsoft, the Ethereum community, and HTC VIVE, to drive measurable growth, engagement, and business impact.
Beyond Octalysis Group, she is actively involved in the startup ecosystem. She is currently the Founding UX/UI Designer at Metablox, a blockchain-based project focused on preserving humanity’s most important memories through decentralized technology.
She holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Digital Transformation from Hochschule München. This interdisciplinary background allows her to convert human behavior and motivation into actionable strategies that accelerate innovation while reducing product and market risk.
That same ability to think clearly under constraint extends beyond her professional life. Outside of work, Han-fang is a certified rescue scuba diver, drawn to depth, pressure, and systems that can’t fail.
