 Gamification designer

Tiago is an Octalysis Associate, working on gamification projects in U.S. and South America.

Six years into Siemens and he decided to leave to cofound a health promotion startup to deal with one of the greatest challenges of the century: engagement and cost reduction in the healthcare world.

Along this journey, he read, watched and commented on everything gamification-related available online and developed a good practical understanding of UX/UI, user behavior and gameful design.

When Tiago is not creating gameful experiences and reading about games, he likes to play board and card games, study about life – the greatest game of all time? – and do the most playful thing possible: play with his little son.
